Windows application

Task Scheduler Studio

A Windows app for finding, creating, and running scheduled tasks.

Stack
C#, WinUI 3, local MCP
Launched
July 2026

How it works

I built a new interface for the Windows Task Scheduler service, with a visual designer, search, and quick launch.

What it does

See what’s running and coming up, or create a task in plain language. A local MCP server lets AI tools work with your tasks too.

The app is the perfect UI for interacting with Task Scheduling. It also gave me visibility into tasks I never knew were running.

How it works

Choose which activity to watch and what your lights should do. When rules overlap, the highest-priority match wins.

Connect microphone, Discord, Teams, and Windows activity to Hue lights, rooms, or zones. It also includes direct Hue controls and Windows 11 widgets.
