I built two production AI tools that work with telemetry, customer notes, and reports. They include natural-language KQL, data access controls, and evaluations. I also worked through security and Responsible AI review.

I’m a Senior Product Manager Architect at Microsoft, based in Chicago. I joined Microsoft in support in 2016 and moved into product work in 2018.

Product analytics
I developed a shared Power BI model backed by Kusto and consolidated overlapping dashboards. It gives teams a common set of metrics and customer filters for adoption and engagement reporting.
Customer-health reporting
I redesigned a reporting workflow that involved repetitive document work. The app brings search, editing, previews, and telemetry lookups into one place.
Shared KQL and reporting tools
I built a documented KQL function library and reusable agent skills for trend reports, feature-request analysis, and finding duplicate requests.
